How 'bout Johnny Mercer and
Cole Porter?

and
Andrew Lloyd Webber.
And if these are correct,
yeah, you gave it away...

The first trivia question I knew was Pink Cadillac. But someone got that. And the second one I knew was Irving Berlin and Jerry Herman.(I have an old interview from around the time of 'Sunday in the Park,' and I remember her mentioning them.)
May I please ask a question even though I seem to suck at this game? lol. I just think it's fun (even just reading the answers) and want to keep it going.
Here it is: We all know about the infamous "resume padding" that ocurred when Bernadette Peters was 13. Mrs. Lazarra wrote (of Bernadette, when she was in the national tour of Gypsy) that she played Dainty June, when in fact, she did not. She understudied. Name the girl who actually DID play Dainty June in the 1961 touring production of Gypsy.

Regis: And look at all this hair. My God. That's a lot of hair. Look at this. How does hair get this way?
Bernadette: Um.. it sort of grew out of my head like this.

(at least that's the name she gives in the DVD of the London concert)
You've gotta be original, because if you're like someone else, what do they need you for?

Is the rule still in force about who gets the next question? Well, I'll ask one anyway; some rules are made to be broken...
Who played June in Angela Lansbury's "Gypsy"?
This may be common knowledge to many but not to me. I was going thru old Playbills last night and found this interesting thing. I saw Lansbury's Mama Rose in Miami Beach many years ago.
