Tonight's the night. I hope everyone watching will post their responses to the various awards and performances--as we did last year. It's a lot of fun to see immediate reactions before everything sinks in the next day.

I'm upset because I won't be able to watch the Tony awards live this year at my friend's annual party  I graduated today so I have an all-night party...thankfully, my parents have agreed to tape the awards for me to watch. I hope everyone posts their initial responses so I can get a taste for what's in store on the tape, though!

I'm so anxious to see what Bernadette is going to be singing...and I'm crossing my fingers big time for my favorite nominee Kathleen Turner...her peformance in Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolfe was brilliant.

I just saw Bernadette on the red carpet coverage on the Tony site. She looked fabulous! She said she's doing a song at the beginning of the show, but she wouldn't say what it was.

I'm sorry I missed that. I have a feeling she will not be on the TV Guide coverage, which is mind numbingly painful. I saw the back of her-would recognize that hair anywhere-and that was it. I'm turning it off, because I cannot.stand.it.anymore.
However, Alan Alda just snarked on the female host, so that was amusing. "You don't recognize half the people here, do you?"

yeah my God these people do NOT know how to interview...and I'm sorry but we're not in Hollywood folks...GEESH Bernadette looks great...they showed a bit of a close up of her. How about Christina Applegate's comment..."People wouldn't come to the show if I wasn't in it.." uuh ok
