I think a lot of people like to rehearse in the dress they are going to wear to make sure they can move the way they want to, etc. during the actual performance.
I was gone all weekend so I'm just catching up on all these messages while watching the Tonys I taped. :-)

Bernadette sang "Another Opening,Another Show",but the camera wasn't on her all the time--very short excerptsfrom the musicals were shown while she was singing ! I was disappointed in not seeing her more. She looked beautiful, as always.The black ,ruffled gown looked somewhat spanish, sorta of like a "gypsy"-- I loved it!
