From: northern VA | posted: 6/11/2006 at 8:22:07 PM ET Not to mention a boring opening. Enough with the "There's No Business Like Show Business."* Even if Bernadette sings it (again) for an opening. I don't want to hear it. Think of something a bit more creative.
*Also applies to "Give My Regards to Broadway."

That's interesting that the music and lyrics for TDC were shared.
Yay for Sweeney Todd!

From: northern VA | posted: 6/11/2006 at 9:42:48 PM ET I really, really want them to go back to showing clips from the plays. The argument that they wouldn't make sense out of context is weak, since the same can be said for the musical numbers. Yes, the musical numbers have a definite ending, and clips from the plays would be tricky, but something should be done other than these few seconds.
God bless Broadway!
Okay-the reeenactors for the Hal Prince tribute are creepy.

Lovely-the replacement Tony.
