I have to say that I'm not sure Noah realized that Bernadette remembered him when they were talking - he said I'm Noah and she responded Oooh Noah in a familiar with him way - of course we all know that Noah is definitely unforgettable! Being there was just phenomenal. And you guys - we have at least two real historians on our board Noah and Karen - having dinner with them was a real educational event! I just got home to NY after 4 hours of listening to BP on the train.
Now I have to call Michael Casey at Salon Mario Russo to get my hair colored.

She sounded and looked absolutely incredible, and her commentary between songs was adorable, I love when she talks about her childhood.
And she was ofcourse gracious as ever at the stage door, and yes, Noah, she was still holding your flowers when she came out, it was the first thing I noticed haha.
I'll try to post or send some pictures into Keven when I get them.
Nice meeting everyone!

PS - Ashley - if you ever find any interesting theater/cultural happenings in RI, let me know! I'm always looking for things!

(Also I loved that some people brought their moms to the concert - its so cool to share the experience and I'm taking my Mom on Saturday night in Houston)

From: Massachusetts | posted: 4/4/2005 at 7:40:47 PM ET I didn't think that my albums were private (I thought they were all public) so I'll post my user name and go to the album entitled "Bernadette Peters" toward the bottom...

If that doesn't work either, I will try my best to get the pictures to this site (I am in no ways computer savvy!)
Also, don't expect anything as great as Noah's pictures..I was able to see them on Webshots and they are wonderful!!!
I am so jealous of anyone going to her next concert...TAKE ME WITH YOU! ehhe.

This was my first time seeing her.
I almost lost it when she started "Count your blessings" My grandmother used to sing that to me...
The show was amazing!! I loved it!!
I had a great seat, and I got a hi and a handshake and an autograph after the show!
I wish I were rich enough to have gone to the reception!
I would love to have a copy of the show.
Anyone?

that's all I can say!!!! I just got back home after a LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONG drive...after my performance Sat. night my friend and I took off straight for Boston and got there just in time for the concert.
THe concert was unbelievably moving!!! And you guys...I was AMAZED and BLOWN OVER with her version of FEVER!!! OMG!!! I can't even begin to put into words how unbelievably sexy this was! Whew...
Besides that I was just moved to tears many times...it was such an amazing concert. It just proves to me that she's truly a legend and she is truly an amazing actress!!
Sorry I didn't really get to connect with many of you. But it was nice to put faces with some names and physically see many of you. My friend and I were so tired--but still so alive after seeing Bernadette.
Now..the stage door experience...I was SOOOO angry...perhaps some of you can relate to this...but several OLD men-one in particular just kept crowing up through the line. Now I didn't want to be rude and seem like an obsessed fan--but GEESH!!! LOL
Sorry this is so short but I'm very sleepy...btw...
if the girl who sat behind me (I think you'll know who you are) is a part of this board...send me a message...please...(blonde...purplish skirt...black boots...)
