Think of me in July when the New Orleans temperature is in the high 90s (heat index at 100 or more) and the humidity is 66% or higher. Looking forward to it (and I'm born and raised,as they say)! Tips to tourists planning a trip to New Orleans in the summer: Don't.

I was just trying to share a cute story and ask a question simply out of curiosity. I did go out of my way to not mention the store location or anything. I've never posted on this board before and I guess I didn't realize that people would think that it was inappropriate. Don't worry, I'm totally not a stalker or anything, just a relatively new Bernadette Peters fan!

Even when someone else asked about the specific location, I don't think anyone was angry, just trying to clarify that we don't discuss those kind of details here. And I was certainly not trying to reprimand anyone. I was just trying to explain what it is about the atmosphere on this board that makes it so comfortable and refreshing to me, and why I enjoy coming here so much. I think it's possible to discuss many different topics, and really have a lot of fun, without going overboard and becoming too invasive. We all have to just help each other figure out where the proper boundaries are.

Not to worry. Your's was one of the lucky chance encounters with Bernadette, and a great story.
Not a stalker story at all.
Thanks for sharing.

Same here. I haven't been on there in a while.
Kiernan, you're story (original post) was definitly not innapropriate (lol believe me I woulda told ya)
But when the other anonymous person asked which location it was, I wanted to jump in before the answer might have been posted in a way to avoid a huge confrontation. To tell you the truth. It wasn't so much that it was innapropriate to ask which location, but it would have been innapropriate to post the location...so I was just trying to prevent a mishap.
I apologize if anyone thought I was being uptight, but I think everyone (even if their lives are public at times) deserves some privacy.
