I was reading Jean's thread that transposed into the curly wig thing. Maybe some of you guys have had an experience like this.....
I am a relatively frequent visitor to Las Vegas. Well the trip before last weekend I saw a women walking to get in line for the Chippendales show at the Rio. She was Bernadette size with her hair. I was certain it was her. Anyway, I stopped what I was doing and went to 'check her out' close up and she was a dead ringer for Bernadette. I almost went up and asked her if she knew that she looked exactly like Bernadette Peters. However, in my somewhat inebriated state I thought better of it. Besides she was going to Chippendales and I am sure did not want to be bothered.
Well last weekend it happened again, while getting a rental car at the Las Vegas airport, I saw, from behind, another woman that was Bernadette's exact size, same hair.
I almost jumped out of line and ran after her to see if it was Bernadette.
Pretty weird.
Any of you guys had any 'dead ringer' Bernadette encounters ?

I don't know, Jim. Sounds like maybe you were in more of an inebriated state than you originally thought.

Nope, never seen anyone even vaguely resembling the curly-haired one here.

I really walked into that one didn't I.
But remember: What happens in Las Vegas, stays in Las Vegas.
Hey if anyone gets set up with some really good tickets to the upcoming concerts, grab one for me.
I would love to join you all, even if it is in Florida
