Good news! Bernadette will cohost the Regis Philbin show on March 27. It's been such a long time since she did that!

Could someone answer a question for me? How exactly does one put videos up on YouTube? More specifically what programs, etc. do I need on my computer to convert a DVD I've recorded off my TV into a file that I can upload to YouTube. I would be happy to post the upcoming Regis and maybe other things I have but just don't know where to begin.

I'm not sure if there's tips about going from VHS format to digital format, but YouTube Help might have some answers.

Take care,

oh yeah....lotta intersting.
most suprising[[to me]]
was bernadette dtiving a
fabulous jeep.
i think she might need some glasses.
every time she had to read off of
the prompter she had to lean across
the desk. and apparently she watches
american idol, likes the band counting crows
and prefers tall men.
she wor a gorgeous purple dress and what looked
like a green ameythst ring.
yah...i payed attention.

Okay here were the key moments that stood out for me...
1) Regis turning and making her kiss him on the lips was too cute.
2) I thought it was funny that he talked about how it's difficult at times to know how to greet people and Bernadette said she didn't have that problem....Cut to five minutes later when Trace Adkins and Pierce Morgan come out and she greets each one differently, completely appropriately for the person and with no hesititaion, meanwhile Regis waits behind her and gives both a simple handshake.
3) Her reaction to the girls dancing behind the screen was hysterical.
4) She needs glasses but was a good sport about it.
5) Trace is incredibly tall and Bernadette seemed quite intrigued
6) I loved the story of her Super going to get her car for her from Los Angeles when she wants to drive because she doesn't like the way the cab drivers honk at her when she tries to drive in the city...same Super that gave her tips on washing sheets when she attempted it because everyone else was away.
7) I LOVE that she has a 1978 Toyota Corona and that it is her first (and apparently only) car (with limited mileage.)
She seems to be a BIG fan of Counting Crows (two mentions of how they're a really good band)
9) I thought she was going to take up permanent residence in the orange car

All in all, it was a really cute episode.

That #8 turned itself into a smiley face with shades...oh well I'm hoping you'll ignore the typos as well

10) She was totally cute plugging her Broadway Barks book. "You can't buy it in the stores." Then she takes the book away and hides it under the table. "You can pre-order on Amazon." Pulls the book out from under the table and shows front. "Don't buy it in the stores!" Pulls book away and under table again. "Pre-order on Amazon!" Back out for a second and then down. Well something like that, but it was cute.

Her purple dress was gorgeous and then the long black coat she wore outside was really beautifully tailored and fit her perfectly.

And the look of fear on Regis' face as she started driving away in the green jeep at the end was classic. As an extra side note (because I'm sure no one is bored with me yet...um...hello?...okay anyway) her hair looked really great in that green jeep...

Had to leave at 9:10 so I only saw the beginning. Looking forward to watching my DVD tonight but thought I would chime in with one response. Bernadette does wear glasses and is self proclaimed VERY nearsighted. She just doesn't seem to like to wear them while working, etc. She did wear them once on Regis a few years ago when she was going to try archery. I've seen her in them a few times when she was at a show (she obviously needs them to see the stage) and she looked really nice, not sure why she is self conscious.

Also, wasn't it a navy dress or does my TV need to be replaced?

haha. you defintetly put it in a nutshell.
and i agree with bernadette.
that orange car was pretty hot.
i also identified with her laundry story.
the first time i ever attempted laundry
i was in a rush to get toa concert/benefit
at jones hall with no one around to help me.
i didn't think to plan my outfit ahead
and didn't have anything clean to wear
so stuck my white banna republic blouse
in the washing machine with a navy skirt
and turned it blue!!
