Hey everyone I just joined this board recently because I think Bernedette Peters is an extremely talented actress and singer and this is the first message I've posted. It's a little off topic but from reading other posts it seemed that there were a lot of people who were very involved in the theatre and I was wondering if anyone had any advice or inside info on drama schools? I'm interested in studying drama in college but college guide books and websites only go so far in offering information so any help would be extremly appreaciated!!! Thanks in advance!

Well, I don't know anything about Drama Schools (sorry, I wish I could help), but welcome to the board.

Hi!
Well, it depends where you live and where you want to go to school. I know there are a lot of great drama schools in NYC (most of them are schools of the arts in general that I was looking at for journalism) and there are some great ones in LA and Chicago, too. If you want, you can private message me. I'm in the midst of this whole college application thing (augggh, it's sooo time consuming!!) and I'd probably be able to answer some questions since I've sat through a ton of presentations this year!
