I don't know if you know the premise of the show but the character, Larry Shanders, hosts a late night talk show - like Carson, Leno or Letterman. Bernadette appears at the end of the show as herself as one of the guests on Larry's show. You see Larry talking to her outside of her dressing room backstage (and you see Patty with her as well which I thought was a cute touch) and then you see a very small portion of her "interview".
