Thanks for the article (it made me a little sad when she talked about no happy endings). Very interesting that she doesn't like mirrors!

Really great article. I truly appreciated this sentence as I think it speaks to a big misconception about her.
"Peters has always been more serious than people expect; her size, her adorableness, and even Broadway Barks—the pet-adoption event she spearheads with Mary Tyler Moore—have helped keep a certain image of her sharply in focus. It’s not a false image, but it’s incomplete."
Good to hear more news about Coming Up Roses too. I'm waiting for that thing to get released in movie theaters!!!

Thanks for posting both these articles. Very interesting. Loved Patty lugging in the trunk, lol.
Also good to hear Bernadette getting kudos for taking on the role of Sally, it is such a difficult role and sympathy will always go to Phylis - the wronged woman, as it were. Sally gets the best songs - in my opinion - but as a character she is dark and hard to take to, so have much respect for Bernadette opting for this role rather than an easier less demanding role - apologies, i'm babbling.
Agree with you moljul, the more i hear about Coming Up Roses the more excited i get

GREAT article and pics! i love the part part where the writer says she made further inquiry impossible in the politest way possible, she always does that! it's something i've always admired her for actually! thanks for posting!
