Does anyone who attended remember any of the lyrics of the new song or maybe give us an idea of the gist of the song.

yeah i was going to ask the same question scottie!  unfortunately i'm not able to make it to any of the concerts unless she decides to throw in one in manhattan at the end

I remember snippets, so these are not necessarily in any sort of order, but somewhere in there I think it's something like:
Goodnight my pal, Goodnight my friend
Tomorrow I'll see you again
There's no need to worry
There's no need to be afraid
And another line is something like:
I will always love you
I'll always protect you
Sorry I can't remember more or the exact order. I was too engrossed in the beauty of the song to take notes on lyrics.

It's delightful to note that the Broadway Barks CD includes not only that song but also a reading of the story by Bernadette. Apart from being a wonderful addition to our BP collections - I'm sure we all know some 9-12 year olds who would love this book. pre-order
