I think the "Cinderella" with Bernadette is on the Disney Channel tonight, 8:00pm Eastern Daylight.

One of my newspaper tv listings says it's the 1965 TV movie, but the on-line TV Guide says it's the 1997 TV movie (you know, with Brandy and Whitney Houston, etc.)

I checked Disneychannel.com and of course there's no real info...tv-now doesn't have any listings for Bernadette, Brandy or Whitney tonight either. Hmmmm....

I hope it is, because I have not seen that.

However, I found a spot on Disney Channel that says 1965, which would be the Lesley Ann Warren version. And the one Bernadette is in is offically, Rodgers & Hammerstein's Cinderella.

The version that Bernadette is in is really good. It's interesting because it was cast by people who were just right for the parts and its multi-racial. Bernadette is great as the step-mother. The step-sisters are very funny too (love Veanne Cox as one of them). Whoopie Goldberg is the prince's mother too, which is a kick.
