Registered: 5/3/2004 | posted: 8/16/2004 at 6:18:04 PM ET well, if it's a 4 octave range, one would assume at least an E-flat below middle C.
My range is from a D below middle C to a A almost 4 octaves about middle C. So I have a range of almost 4 octaves.

From Internet Network: 149.174.164.x | posted: 8/23/2004 at 6:40:47 PM ET Christine or Kristin? I have only this one question (thing to say) and will probably not return to the site (I have a habit of forgetting how to get back to somewhere). If someone could email me to shirwits33@aol.com I'd greatly appreciate it. My question concerns Ms. Chenoweth, of course. I just formally discovered her yesterday, while running through tv channels, during an otherwise dull Sunday afternoon tv watching day. It was PBS and she was on w/John Williams of the Boston Pops. I said, "finally, something good to watch." It didn't hurt that I'm a Massachusetts native, so hadn't planned to be so impressed hearing Ms. Chenoweth sing and watching her perform. She's incredible, saying less than the very least. Next day, I decided to do a search, to find out more about her and, during my search, came across the 2 different spellings, Christine & Kristin. I'm just curious why this is. Does anyone know? Thanks, Shir

From: New York City | posted: 8/24/2004 at 10:39:58 PM ET Kristin. Any other way it's spelled is wrong. Kristin comes from "Kristi," which is what she went by until she decided to pursue an opera career following college. (Obviously, she went into musical theater, but she decided to keep "Kristin" because she was told it sounded more professional than "Kristi.")
Hope that helps.
