....and I've already seen *two* Christmas commercials.

Has it ever been this early? I expect it nearer to Thanksgiving, but not this close (and I *love* Christmas).

When I was in high school, I worked in a Hallmark store. We had to have our Christmas ornament display up in July for our ornament premiere (which I know they still do in July!) They said it was because of all the "collectors." Now THAT is a bit much!

The restaurants in the concourse at Rockefeller Center already have Christmas decorations up. Fortunately for those of us who work in Rockefeller Center, the tree won't go up until the first week of December.

I was in an Express on October 15th and they were playing Christmas Carols, therefore I walked out of the store. I am a girl who loves her Holiday music, but more than 2 months in advance is just sickening.
