Registered: 5/3/2002 | posted: 10/13/2004 at 1:06:18 PM ET I feel so bad for Barbara Cook; she must be devastated. I wonder if she will have to cancel her tour. I'm still stunned that I saw what was apparently his last performance, on Oct 2 in St Louis. He played with vigor, but appeared weak and ill. Such a brilliant and dedicated musician.
