No one prepares you for the horrendous pain for the weeks after surgery! even though I'm able to do the exercises,better,stillthe pain lingers on!Never again!! Thank you for your prayers and thoughts!

Hi Patty, you are so right about the pain of knee surgery. I'm 48 had ACL recon and meninscus clean up on Sept. 21 and I am still in severe pain most of the time. I am also in PT since Oct. 1 and that "ain't" no fun! Doc says he doesn't think I need more pain pills but then it's not his knee. He might feel differently if he hurt like I do. I hope you hang in there and that it all gets better for you, and for me! Lots of good thoughts out to you. If you want to talk privately about things E mail me.
