I too am a high school senior from Georgia (but my parents are from Jersey, does that count for anything...? :-P) I'm probably going to go to the local college for a couple of years, then transfer somewhere else. My friend and I have plans to move to Europe for awhile when we finish our core classes, so yeah, that's my life. :-P

| posted: 10/2/2004 at 12:37:56 AM ET Sister Rose~ don't worry. I'll treat my paralegals well. :-) My dad and sister are both lawyers and they always tell me how much work paralegals do. I have total respect for what you do! :-) The truth is I am too lazy to do all the work so that's why I'm becoming a lawyer and not a paralegal! HA! You paralegals rock! And I appreciate all the jokes. I'll have to share those with all of my friends.

From: New Jersey | posted: 10/2/2004 at 9:37:30 PM ET I am a college sophomore studying journalism and theater with hopes of becoming a theater critic. I want to attend a grad school in NY, but since I'm from NJ, it shouldn't be that difficult. Though I need to find a place to live that's closer to the city that's reasonably priced...

| posted: 10/10/2004 at 11:45:09 AM ET I work for the University of Pennsylvania, taking professor's ideas and making them into reality (mostly for computer systems). Unfortunately I'm getting laid off because they don't have the funding (amazing considering the grants I helped them obtain -- but I digress). Not to worry, though, it looks like a transfer to a different department is in the cards. I'm earning a master's in computers on the side, too.
I'm pretty much completely burnt/stressed out between the new job search and stress of potentially being jobless, combined with a supervisor who expects 110%, even though the end is so close.
