Unfortunately no. You have to be a member of the sites. RexFeatures only accepts professional photojournalists or companies as members. The other website is very similar to wireimage and appears to be run by the same operation. Consumers can join their service. So for a monthly fee you can get the pictures bigger. But the last I heard from Rex Features you have to be in the biz to get a membership.
