If you had the chance to ask Bernadette one question about anything during her career/life, what would it be?
I think mine would be, "If you could go back and change one thing about your past, what would it be?" or "Who has been the greatest influence in your life?"

good question. 
Actually, on 'Inside the Actor's Studio' Bernadette WAS asked that very question you posed (who has been the biggest influence in her life) and her answer was Thomas Hammond, her manager of many years.
If I could ask her anything -- if the well of questions I could ask her was limitless -- I would probably ask something borderline personal. As in, "how much influence did your parents have over your life when you were a young adult, and how did that influence change when they died?"
I suppose because I've got so many friends who have been driven their whole lives to succeed (some in careers they chose to make their parents proud, others in careers their parents practically picked out for them at birth) this is always something I'm curious about. How we feel about our parents after we "grow up."
On this subject (and what a great topic, Megan!) wouldn't it be neat if the official site had a "question of the month" for Bernadette? As in, fans could submit questions to her via her website, and once a month she would pick one out of the "hat" and answer it? Maybe I'll email the webmaster and ask. I know there are a few celebrities who do this on their official sites. It's really neat. :-D

V. good idea about the question of the month UFCGuard Girl!
I think perhaps I'd ask if she'd ever consider coming to London and doing a little run of concerts because she really does have a fan base of drama school students, actors and gay men....oh and me!
