There's an interview (from 1996) being broadcast on National Public Radio's Fresh Air today. There are also interviews with Arthur Laurents and Angela Lansbury, which I haven't listened to yet. Although the interview with Bernadette is old, it's interesting. If the link doesn't work, go to freshair.npr.org and click on archives and May 23, 2003.

That was a truncated version of the original interview, but if you go to the Fresh Air page http://discover.npr.org/freshair/day_fa.jhtml?todayDate=09/26/1996, maybe this one will be complete. Unfortunately the Morning Edition interview you can listen to online when she was doing AGYG doesn't include the music clips. I think the recordings were made during the D.C. run so there were some extra verses of Man With A Gun you can hear her singing that didn't wind up in the Broadway version.
