"A friend of mine on the West Coast got up early to check out the nominations and then called us. My husband said that he called and gave us the good news. It's always exciting to be nominated-the recognition is wonderful. It's a great role and I love doing it. [Friends have called], but I'm trying to stay off the phone at the moment. You're a nun when you do this role!"

HAHAHAHAHAHA I'm sorry, that just really made me laugh out loud.

Moljul, where did you read about her reaction? It's too bad they didn't have cameras on her and other shoe-in nominees live so we could see their first reaction.
Although, they did have Marissa give her reaction on "On Stage!"

Sorry, I forgot to site my source. I saw it on Broadway.com. They have an article with a lot of the nominees' reactions.
