Is it worth it to go to the stage door after Gypsy? Will I actually get to see/meet Bernadette?

You will definitely see her. Whether you get a chance to talk to her depends on how quickly you get there so you can get a spot up front so she knows you are there.

Even if you're in the front doesn't necessarily mean she will see or talk to you. Plus, unless she already knows you, she's not going to remember who you are. It must be very ovwhwelming for her with everyone acting like animals trying to get autographs and pictures. But she is very gracious and accomodating.

I shouldn't have said she's NOT going to remember who you are. but chances are she won't. I don't want to discourage anyone from trying to meet her.

No one should be discouraged. Bernadette almost always makes a strong effort, no matter how tired she is, to greet as many as possible and sign as many as she can. There were many nights during the run of ANNIE GET YOUR GUN when she would be out there for 15 minutes or more signing away and posing for dozens of photos. Right now things are hectic, with all the buzz and publicity machine working overtime, and her name is everywhere--but still, she has time for her fans. Always has, and inevitably always will.
