I'm going to see Gypsy tomorrow night (yes, again) and I thought I would get myself in the mood by playing my DVD of her London Concert. Some People is just so amazing on the recording. I hope she nails it like that tomorrow night and that the show is coming together nicely. After all, I haven't seen it for a whole two weeks.

Two weeks?!?!?! Oh! You poor dear!!! Are you making it alright??? jk jk jk Enough sarcasm... So yes... "SOME PEOPLE" on the london concert gives me jitters! She sings it brilliantly and with such character!

Did you use the discount code to buy your ticket or did you buy earlier? I already have a ticket for the final preview but am hoping I will arrive in time to see Tuesday's show as well. Somewhere on this board someone expressed sympathy for those living far away. While it's truly sad for those who won't ever get to NY to see Gypsy, it's good that some of us don't live too close cuz the temptation to keep seeing the show might be too great to resit. I've sometimes gone to both nights of a two-night concert engagement when Peters was nearby which is very interesting because she does drop a song or change the encore sometimes.

Well I went to the first preview at full price, the April 4th preview with a TKTS ticket, and tonight with the discount. I also have a full price ticket for one of the last previews. Nothing after that is planned.

It's true, because I live in New York and I have spent so much money on Gypsy already!  I am so broke now. Fortunately, I already bought another pair of tickets for one day in May before I started going broke. LOL I wish the tickts weren't so expensive.

I'm going to see Gypsy on Monday! Wahoo! I'm so excited! (I have really bad seats, but I don't care...that's what binoculars are for, right?)
