Another show I wish they would put out on DVD is the one season of All's Fair. I've never seen any of the episodes, not even a single moment. It's probably terrible, but I'm so curious and I know I would love watching it. It's like a "lost show" because it was never in syndication and clips never pop up anywhere.

| posted: 2/6/2007 at 12:29:40 PM ET I can vaguely remember some of the episodes of "All's Fair". I was pretty young at the time and didn't really understand the premise of the show, but I was already a BP fan so I watched. Mostly I remember that Crenna's character made frequent, awkward attempts to seduce BP that annoyed me and her and I could never figure out why her character was involved at all in the first place with such an unlikeable person!
I have a special area of my brain that seems to have recorded her other TV appearances on All In The Family and Carol Burnette though.

No wonder Richard Crenna said that women viewers were turned off. The only possible target audience might have been middle-aged men under the delusion that they were still attractive to hot, young women. Maybe Norman Lear was "projecting" something psychological with that concept.
