How was her segment? I don't have a tv so I missed it. tried to find the video on the Rachael Ray website but they only have her resolution and the part of the pet dna segment that was on after hers. Anything particularly cute or funny from Bernadette?
I thought it was cute b/c it seemed rather off the cuff...and didn't have the typical questions that she seems to always be asked. Plus, it was all about dogs. I didnt realize the reason for Kramer's eye to have been removed was due to a tumor. I think I was even more surprised by his actual breed!

I've been waiting for them to add more breeds to the analysis before doing my two but I don't know about those results. I could see the Chow cuz Kramer has the black on his tongue but Golden?? Wonder if he has any webbing between his toes. Of course I know what breed one of my pup's mom was and nobody believes me. If she hadn't been in the shelter with the litter, I probably wouldn't believe it either.
Not to sound stalkerish but did Bernadette say Kramer was 9? Wouldn't he have to be at least 10, because didn't she mention him in interviews prior to AGYG and was that paint peeling off the wall behind her couch??

Same! I was surprised that he wasn't German Shepherd like she guessed. The body looks like it. But there was the possibility of having some in him, which they said...but yeah, the two main breeds were shocking.
Also I think it's cute that Bernadette tells Kramer, "Shhh, indoor voice." When he's barking a lot.

She said that she normally doesn't make resolutions but this year she is going to try to be more organized. Then she said that she really has a lot of clothes and needs to get them organized.
PTM, I'm so glad someone else noticed the paint. LOL I found the footage at her apartment interesting. It was just a very typical Upper West Side Apartment including the often found clutter with New Yorkers who have been in their apartments for many years. Though maybe with her new year's resolution, some of the clutter will disappear.
Really enjoyed the segment. I wonder if they have a similar test for cats. And yes, Sarah, I also find it cute that she tell Kramer to use his inside voice. I've noticed her saying that at several of her appearances with him. He seems to respond to that command fairly well. Though he does love his applause!

I am perplexed by the age of 9 as well. Kramer was adopted in March 1998, making him at least 11 because its not like she got him on the day he was born.

Well you know actors; they're always shaving a couple years off of their real age! I always envisioned a penthouse apartment in NY to look . . . different. Must be great to have that terrace.
I think Bernadette is confused, she probably got her kids' ages backwards, I know my mom used to do the same thing with us sometimes.
I love that her apartment looks like a normal person's apartment and not a "I have more money than GOD" apartment like a lot of celebrities have.
And the peeling paint thing I think was a decorating style a few years ago, to make it look old. She's probably going for a European villa look or something.

I thought that! She may have paid some wacky interior designer a lot of money for that "distressed chic" look. Or she may be just like me whenever I look at a particular corner of my bedroom and think "I must get round to repainting that wall where the paint is peeling off" .... and never do.
