I'm only posting it because I thought some of you might like to see it. There was a very evry very short clip of Bernadette on EXTRA tonight when they had a segment on celebrity diets. My intent is NOT to have this thread start/turn into a discussion about Bernadette's eating habits...just to let you know she was on TV. EXTRA is on NBC. I am not sure when it re airs though.

From Internet Network: 68.54.88.x | posted: 1/1/2003 at 7:35:45 AM ET An excerpt from an article in Healthwise Magazine, April 2002, about food and excercise(Ms. Peters seems to be quite sensible about what she needs to do to keep herself in shape):
'I really like to try to have protein, vegetables and salads, not a lot of starchy foods,' says the perky performer. 'It gives you more energy.'
This regimen is simple, she says, because her husband, investment advisor Michael Wittenberg, adheres to it as well. 'If your friends also follow this type of diet, it’s very easy when you eat out,' she notes. 'If you all agree, you can pass on the bread basket at a restaurant and just go on to ordering,' she says.
'If you really stay on track, you can have a carb day once a week or every ten days,'she points out.
In addition to staying in shape for her on-stage performances, the vivacious actress is very concerned with warding off debilitating diseases like osteoporosis, and considers exercise her first line of defense.
'It’s important for women, especially small women,' says the 5-foot, 1-1/2-inch powerhouse. 'All you have to do is cardio to keep the heart going and weight training to keep the muscles strong,' she says."

I thought it was stated quite nicely in the original post that it may not be a good idea to start discussing Bernadette's eating habits (whether or not it was in a magazine article back in April).
I don't mean to cause an argument, but I thought it was very rude to do that.
I know everyone has the right to post whatever they want (it is a free country), I just think it's inconsiderate to blatantly go against someone's request when you were not even discussing the topic...merely posting unneccessary information. (And before everyone gets on my case, I don't mean the person went off the subject, I mean they didn't post their own feelings about the subject).
Sorry, that's just my two cents.
