My brother tripped and fell on a box, knocked the tree down, and landed face first on the hardwood floor. We spent Christmas morning in the emergency room while my brother got 5 stitches in his lip.

| posted: 12/2/2002 at 4:53:08 PM ET Mine would have to be the Christmas that I got a Green Machine. Okay, I'm dating myself here but Green Machines were like Big Wheels only much cooler. My oldest brother's bedroom was in the basement and I was allowed to walk through the family room (where Santa had visited) to walk back to my brother's room to wake him up. Promising, of course, to not look at the gifts. :-) Well I walked into my brother's room (he was probably about 15 or 16 at the time) and saw a green machine sitting in his room. I jumped up and down and screamed, "Santa brought you a green machine, Santa brought you a green machine". The real story was of course that it was my present, not my brother's. My father and brothers had put it together the night before after I had gone to bed and hid it in my brother's room. My parents totally forgot it was in there until I started yelling.

When I was about 6 I used to love Mr Blobby ( a man dressed in this pink and yellow suit with big bulbus eyes who only said "blobby blob blob blobby" and was a star of BBC kids shows) heres alink that you can see a picture of him on http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/entertainment/music/1690079.stm
anyway, one christmas my brother gave me this present and I opened it up and it was a really cool camera box -- I almost cried with disappointment when I opened it and relised it was a little cuddly mr blobby. He was 21 at the time!
