Maybe I'm just crazy, or maybe I dreamt this, but I could swear that somewhere I saw a wonderful pic of Bernadette standing in an elegant room with a grand piano in the background. A posed shot, professionally done. It looked fairly recent (from the last 5 or 6 years at least). I've searched around for it but I haven't seen it anywhere. Does this ring a bell with anyone?

Yeah I know which one you are talking about...lemme see if I can track it down.

I thought it was the one where she got the SarahSiddons award, but there's no piano. Now I'm curious!

Which one is that, Jean?

The one I am thinking of has her in a long, black dress (I believe) in a huge room with not much besides a piano in it...and of couse now I can't find it either.

Here's the one I thought he was thinking of, but there's no piano just a chair with a table in the background.

Click on the list of awardees and then BP's name to see the picutre.

I have no idea where I got the first one where she's in black with the piano...

Ok, well that's the one I was thinking of (Sarah Siddons one.) Why on earth did I think there was a piano in it???

I think it was also included on her official site when you click on the concert dates. It must have been from a previous concert because it isnt on there now.

Jean -- Your black one with the piano looks like it's from the 1987 Tonys where she sang "Time Heals Everything" as part of a tribute to the late Robert Preston.

Okay, this is almost surely not the one you're describing, but it made me think of a 1989 black and white photograph where she's sitting on top of a Sohmer cabinet grand, looking very solemnly at the camera. She's barefoot, wearing black pants and a light-colored shirt with bare shoulders, hair pinned-up. It's a beautiful photo taken by Bob Frame and published in LA Stlye magazine. I just tried to find it on the web and I couldn't.
