Is she supposed to be from South West England because that is an absolutely appalling accent. Just wondering if anyone knew....

I have no idea...I think you'd be the expert on this one...I think you're the only British one of us here. I didn't even know there were different British accents, but then again, there are plenty of different American accents.

oh yeah there are TONS of accents. Theres cockney which you'll find in the film Oliver..tons of northern accents but an example is Daphne in Frasier who is from Manchester....if ever you see an english farmer type character in a film they'll probably doing a rural south west accent. Theres R.P which is basically just well spoken, and hyper R.P which is the ultra posh way the Queen speaks. I have a south London accent which is slightly cockeney but not really. Thats just a brief run down of accents there lol. I've just got back from the third night of a four night run of The Wizard of Oz in which I play dorothy so I just gave my best shot at a Kansas accent. hehe

I'm from kansas, the accent is just really slight but youknow are e's sound like i's and visa versa and we say pop instead of soda, when i moved to connecticut they never stopped teasing me.. have fun being DOrothy!!
