Get the hook, Kevin!

For some reason, I feel sad, that at this time in our lives, the jerks, babies, sociopaths, and others which I cannot name have chosen this site to spew their *** .

Children, this isn't the time and this isn't the place.

And to counter-balance the nonsense and garbage, I just want to publically thank so many of you for being generous, giving, and kind.

Your gifts are appreciated.

"...the jerks, babies, sociopaths, and others which I cannot name..."

Jean, for a minute there I thought you were talking about the Bush administration.

Rehnquist has now died, so Bush gets another Supreme Court appointment. Can it get any worse?

Yes, but Rehnquist was a conservative, so the balance won't shift much. Hopefully. The real issue is with O'Connor's replacement, since she was a swing vote. Very scary. Sorry.....I know it's totally off-topic.

actually this is really bad because even though rehnquist was conservative, times have changed so much since he was nominated that he morphed into conservative-moderate (with scalia and thomas more right wing). so now bush will nominate someone more right wing on the side of scalia and thomas and it will be a big problem.

we're in trouble.
