I thought I'd start a new thread so we can talk about it! Bernadette looked great (I think green is a great color on her). She was so funny! I had to leave early so fill me in on what I missed. Hope everyone had a good time.

Well when did you leave? Did you see that big table with all the Broadway Barks stuff. I bought SO much! I got a pair of Tammy's gloves and the new CD I'm so excited.

Yeah Mary was there she was kind of very quiet this year. She talked a little bit at the beginning and the end a few times to introduce people but it just seemed like Bernadette did most of the talking. Or maybe I was just more focused on Bernadette.

Speaking of Mary...When she said "this is obviously not a commercial for slim fast" was she talking about the dog? I couldn't see the dog from where I was but it was right when Delta Burke was walking on the stage. Was it an overweight dog she was referring to?

mary seemed really out of it. her husband kept going onstage to talk to her. is she okay? what's up with that?
did anyone else notice the crazy group of people there who kept screaming??

Mary is diabetic and due to the heat she was having problems with her sugar.
The remark about the slim fast was referring to the overweight dogs ( she would never make a comment like that about a person's weight ).
