From: NYC | posted: 8/1/2005 at 5:51:12 PM ET I love that there are so many pictures - I had fun using Mandy's camera too - and its cool in her set that there are two different views of some of the same scenes. And aren't there a wonderful number of pictures of John Dossett looking especially dishy?! I forwarded them to a friend of mine who has never seen him before (she didn't know she has seen him on Law & Order) and she demanded to immediately know who John Dossett the Cutie is! Who needs newscom or any other media pictures when we have our media?! It was really fun seeing all of the dogs and the celebs - and of course hours of Bernadette being cute - but the best for me was being with friends all day - and even making some new friends! I even ran in to my friend Kristin from Chicago who is the founder of Renee Fleming's yahoo fan group and she joined our little group for the day. It was a bit of a convention for sure.
Regis: I'm looking at you, you know, when I see you on stage, in these Sondheim musicals and these great roles...
Bernadette: I'm not as dippy.
Regis:...You are the personification of all that is, you know, sophisticated, magnificent, and here you are sitting next to me and you're stealing books!

From: Arizona | posted: 8/2/2005 at 2:45:33 AM ET It was a great experience going as a volunteer this year, I had so much fun and it was really nice meeting you guys. Sarah, thanks again for holding my camera it was a HUGE help while I was working. Mandy, Noah, Ashley, and Vicky and Sarah, thanks for inviting me to dinner. This was the first time I was in the city alone and it was fun hanging out with you guys.
I thought everything went beautifully...the merchandise table had awesome stuff. The auction seemed a little long to me, and the actual show not as long as last year but maybe that was due to the fact that they couldn't turn on the mics until the other shows were over.
Someone mentioned something about Mary's husband going on stage to talk to her. I was at the very front to the right side of the stage and Michael and Robert were both there on the side of the stage in front of me. Both Michael and Robert went on stage at times to talk to Mary and Bernadette and I didn't notice anything odd about it. The only thing odd that happened was some guy standing behind me was trying to convince me that wasn't Michael. I thought Mary and Bernadette did a great job.
I just got home tonight and saw my pictures at full size on the computer and I noticed Mary has a large bandage or cast on her right arm. Did anyone else see this? I didn't even notice on sat since everything was so crazy. I hope she's ok.
I had a great time. I'm about to fall over, I got about 10 hours of sleep in a total of 4 nights while I was in NYC.

Was there a presentation of the large check from Bernadette's fans for Bdw'y Barks? Or was that a pirvate gift at some other time?
To the loveliest lady of song!
You will keep on giving me joy forever...

The only check I saw presented was from Animal Planet and it was, I believe, for $10,000.

| posted: 8/6/2005 at 4:20:59 PM ET Well I finally uploaded my pictures. They are, of course, much like everyone else's but if you are interested, here are more from a "slightly" different angle. I haven't take out the blurry ones yet but hope to soon. There are 222 of them (what can I say, I'm camera happy) so I highly suggest viewing them through the slideshow function on the fast speed. I believe I have two Broadway Barks albums posted so make sure you pick the one for BB7 not BB6.

| posted: 8/6/2005 at 6:59:37 PM ET The really scary part is that I didn't take pictures for about the last 25 minutes because I wasn't feeling well and had to sit down. Can you imagine how many pictures I would have had if I stayed the entire event? LOL

Here are my pics...I took a little over 100 and posted the majority. I was at the very front on the right side of the stage (when facing the stage or 45th street side)The speakers on the corner were kind of in my way and it was annoying since I'm short. Some are at a funky angle. They are very similar to all of your pics but here they are anyway.

From: PA | posted: 8/9/2005 at 8:06:59 AM ET I had so much fun and got some great pictures.
I also bwon the Starbucks Coffee basket. That was awesome.
I actually use the traveling mug for my coffee this morning so i could get to work on time.
Delta Burke looked awesome. I taught it was nice that we got to sing to her for her birthday. I got a really great picture of Delta kneeling in front of Bernadette and Mary and all three were looking in my direction.
So did Brenadette and Mary Tyler Moore.
I was so glad it did not rain. But I was sad that I had to leave early. I had to catch a train at 6:40 pm.
It was great to be in NYC. Mom and I went to Macy's and got Sarah Jessica Parker's new perfume.
However the highlight for my mom was Bernadette Peters walked right by her. I liked that I was so close to the stage. I think I saw a lot of you there. Standing at the front of the large croward. I can't wait to download my pictures off my ditigal camera and put them online. The girl standing next to me had a video camera with her. That would have been an awesome thing to have.
It was awesome to see Jeff Goldblum there. He was great in Jurrisic Park. I want to see the Pillow Man.
Well I hope you guys enjoy the rest of the show. I'll try to get the pictures up soon.
