| posted: 4/27/2005 at 9:43:30 PM ET Um, Michael told a story about how they were walking on the beach and Bernadette saw an injured bird in the ocean and Michael went out to get it and some women on the beach thought he was in trouble. So, the coast guard came out to save him. And all he was trying to do was save the bird (he eventually brought it on shore).

Registered: 6/7/2003 | posted: 4/28/2005 at 1:56:47 PM ET There is this statement at the back of the magazine: "All rights reserved. No part of this periodical may be reproduced without written permission from the publisher." What does everyone think--shall we defy this copyright restriction and print the article out here, anyway? We've done it before, with newspaper and other magazine articles...and I'll bet there are quite a few folks who just don't have the time/inclination/whatever to go to the trouble of phoning to order and paying the $$ for the magazine.
Does Mr. Webmaster have an opinion? (By the way, I scanned a photo from the article and sent it to you, Kevin.)

Since all our orders may have drawn the publisher's attention to this site, I would recommend not posting the entire article, but I think a nice detailed paraphrasing with a few quotes here and there especially of any new info or stories like ANH did should be ok.

I ordered from both the bookstore and magazine itself. I got my package from the bookstore on Tuesday; I just fished the envelope out of the garbage--it's postmarked on Saturday, with an additional identifier of JAX, meaning, I suppose, that it flew out of the Jacksonville airport.
Just for the record: Bernadette was inducted into the Theater Hall of Fame on January 23, 1996. The article has an incorrect date.

From: tonawanda,n.y. | posted: 4/30/2005 at 4:23:38 PM ET I love the cover and inside picture of Bernadette And Michael! His picture is the very best I've seen of him-I didn't think he was this handsome in other photos . The article was quite well written and personal. I was disappointed there were no pictures of their house, but I understand it would be a security risk for them-( though I suppose the locals have seen it!) Sounds like a magnificent place overlooking the Atlantic with 5 bedrooms! -and 3 garages! Room for? family and friends,I suppose! Anyway....
To the loveliest lady of song!
