Well it was a pretty good piece and I'm continually amused by every reporter's need to start their articles with a long winded, full of big adjectives description of her voice.

And I must admit, though maybe I'm just in a bad mood, that I would really like a reporter to get her credit for her first Gypsy production correct - she understudied Dainty June not Baby June. Okay my rant is over.

Thanks for posting Jean.

So exciting! I can't believe I'm seeing her again in just 2 days. I'm definitely making up for lost time in being a "Baby Fanadette"!

Yes - will be in my home state - but almost 10 hours from where I grew up in West Texas. Dinner will most certainly be Mexican - no surprises there. I am planning on taking meticulous notes cause I can't remember what she sang on Sunday in Boston I was so enthralled! My Mom and her friends* have agreed to indulge me in waiting at the stage door post-concert so maybe I'll get to get my picture with me - I think it must be the initiation into full-fanadette-hood! LOL!

*Mom's college roommate will be w/ us - she came on a trip to NYC over 40 years ago and waited at the stage door for Paul Newman so she knows the feeling
