Besides "Ace Eli" and "David," John Erman also directed "The Last Best Year." They must like working together.

I'd forgotten he did Last Best Year too. He certainly thought very highly of her saying, "I've watched her grow in strength and maturity. When I saw her in Sally and Marsha, I saw an aspect of her work unlike what most people see her do. She has a way of dealing with people that has such humanity empathy, and dignity."
