Looking at Artist Direct ( http://ubl.artistdirect.com/music/artist/tours/0,,
478750,00.html?artist=Bernadette+Peters ) today they claim she'll be at Providence Performing Arts Center 4/13/2002. The PPAC doesn't have their calendar that far into the future.
