Bernadette says on Sondheim Etc. "While we're time traveling you might remember this..." and then sings "raining in my heart".

Where is this song from? Details please...

I sometimes dont think people realize how important and big Dames at Sea was for Bernadette's career.
It's funny because I once did the show and the director (who was kind of up there in age)told us how she was in the show and how they learned everything by listening to the Bernadette recording.
Cute, eh? LOL

The time traveling comment was a nice tie-in to an earlier remark she had made. Before "Raining in My Heart," she sang "Other Lady" and then "Faithless Love" and explained to the audience that the former was on an album from the 70s and the later was on one she had just released so it was like "time traveling musically" for her.
