Has she spoken about the concerts at all? What song would you like her to sing that she hasn't done before? Maybe I'm out on a limb here...but wouldn't Bernadette doing 'My Way' be amazing!!

Elaine Stritch, in her show, joked about all the women who try to sing that song much too early in their careers.

| posted: 12/13/2004 at 10:35:55 AM ET Jean, you have inspired me to dig through my BP file and find a great picture of her from an article I have. I'll have to scan it and get it up as my avatar. Though I like Dr. Bernadette so much but this other picture just struck me as so unusual.

| posted: 12/13/2004 at 1:57:21 PM ET Will do, Jean! The last time I saw her in concert was her 2002 Buffalo R&H concert. Although those songs are all great I just love Sondheim so I am anxious to see what she chooses this time. And btw love your pic too!

I wouldn't mind hearing some of the R&H tunes that she did at Radio City again but didn't record. I especially like This Nearly was Mine and Hello Young Lovers.

| posted: 12/18/2004 at 1:43:00 PM ET Hi Guys,
For those of you who are going to the Boston concert in April, you can now upgrade your tickets, if you wish. If you called Symphony Hall when the tickets went on sale and told them you were interested in this, they should be sending you a letter in the mail. I received mine last week, so you should have them soon, if you don't already. But, for those of you who aren't sure if you're going to be getting a letter, you can call them and ask to upgrade to the VIP ticket. The price is $250 per ticket, minus the price you paid for your original ticket. The phone number is 617-598-3220, I think.
