Lime-green chiffon was just what I had in mind!! I'm from Miami and make a mean Key Lime Pie. And I could go looking like one too.
Buuut, I suppose if Bernadette is paying  ...she should have first choice (tho I really think it would be awful color on her).
I'm more blonde than she is (tho not nearly as blonde as a few of the folks on this board ).

This is a dressy occasion: only a black silk, calf-length, sheath, narrow shoulder straps, with 3 1/2 inch black sandals and diamond chandelier earrings, perhaps a diamond ring. And charcoal Armani for her handsome escort.
She looks great in lime but not for this evening I think.
And a vintage Karan pantsuit for me.
And I thought each of our New York friends were putting up us out-of-towners.
