As a native of Miami, I'll take an occasional hurricane (OK, this year has had quite a few) over months of snow, ice and cold any time. But that's just me. I'd rather be warm.
I've been through several hurricanes, but lived in a well-built houses. I would not want to live in a trailer down there (or anywhere).
I'm already planning a BP stalker road trip for her concert tour thru the Sunshine State (in my own little fantasy world, that is).

Oh, SOA--I think it would be great fun to follow the BP tour around Florida--kind of like the Parrott Heads.

I am a Parrothead already (the odd state of Virginia now has an official state license plate for Parrotheads, and I oddly have one on my car).
I thought we were Fanadettes?!? Oh, no, I get it -- her groupies (is that an old term too?) would be BernadetteHeads (a little clumsy...how 'bout just DetteHeads?).
I think we should wear the big curly hair AND four-inch heels!! (I watched the Cinderella movie last night for the first time. It was kinda good in a Disney sort of way. Very crayon colorish. Bernadette looked like she was having a lot of fun doing lots of schtick. Anyway, near the end, I was amused when she was limping with one shoe on and, nose to nose with Jason Alexander, was as tall as him, then 3 or 4 inches shorter, then as tall, then....).
