I know Bernadette has mentioned her house in Southern Florida. Does anyone know how much tme she spens there? Is it just a weekend get awy or does she actually live there?

And I would love to meet the person who leaked out about where Bernadettes other house is. Now she's got fans beating down her door,and all because someone on here couldn't draw a line between respectful fan and obsessed freak!

Miss or Master Anonymous, may I introduce you to Mr. David Colman, writer for The New York Times, in an article printed in said paper about Bernadette, and I quote from the article:

I check this board often, and I never saw a post like that, so whatever it was, it must have been deleted pretty quickly. I certainly hope no one would post that kind of info, or make use of it if someone else did.

Okay, I rarely come here to post anymore, but I read this thread and I had to say something. I just HAD to. Anyone who knows me or knows the way I post knows I NEVER post this kind of thing, or say it in this manner, but it has to be said.
1- If it was published in a newspaper article (and we're talking reputable newspaper) then guess what? It's public knowledge. So chill out, for goodness sakes. We're not talking about her street address, here. Nobody's giving out phone numbers. We're talking about a BIG generalized area. It's a lot like saying, "did you know that Julia Roberts lives in Malibu?" Oh really? She DOES? No KIDDING?! I didn't think ANY celebrities lived THERE.... Now I've got to go there and stalk her....
2- Regardless of whether the original poster was referring to Bernadette's house in Vero Beach or to some other "supersecret" house further south, you might want to consider that Vero Beach IS part of South Florida. I should know--I used to live in South Florida. So it's quite probable (like 99% probable) that the original poster was referring to the article. Not EVERYTHING as it pertains to Bernadette is like, supersecret CIA information.
3- If you're already a registered poster here, do yourself a favor and don't go and post under an anonymous handle. First, there's a handy little feature Kevin activated that shows your ISP address, so we can SEE who you are. Second, we can all tell who it is anyway just from your posting style, and it makes you look really very silly when you post anonymously. It's also (in my opinion) annoying.
Okay, done. WHEW. Back to lurking. My apologies to everyone else, and to Kevin.

i have a house in West Palm Beach, so dont act all high and mighty about living in florida. second of all, just because i dont post with my user name doesnt mean i'm a coward, i delete files and cookies of my temp file so that my computer will work faster, and it deletes any saved info, (such as passwords, user names, etc.) So just because i dont post all the time with my user name doesnt mean i'm trying to be sneaky, i just dont feel like logging in every damn time. ...and as far as the comment about kevin's "trick for seeing people"..that trick is old...i can get kevins ISP and ICQ if i wanted to....its nothing new...

Ah, I see. So, uh... typing in the user name and the password, that's just... strenuous.
But okay, I'll bite. If you're "saving memory" on your computer and that's the ONLY reason you're not posting under your usual name, then you should have NO problem identifying yourself. So which user are you? Do tell.

its not that its strenous, i forgot my password once and now its something crazy like sdfjil881(as an example), so now anytime i need it i have to have it emailed to me.....i could change my password, but i always forget to once i log in....i'm not God, only human....
And if it's any clue to you.....my petition came along VERY well, and i had all my friends and family sign it, not to mention my theatre friends, and many many others alike. I didn't post the link on here, because the majority of you don't deserve to have your name on there anyway.....
