Just curious to how many people are going to watch this evening??
I know it's not going to be as exciting as last year--but we'll still get to see her!!! And Hugh Jackman is the host again...which will be fun-there are so many wonderful shows up for wins this year...plus one of my friend's is performing in the Tony's tonight with Hugh Jackman...ahhh!! SO it's Tony night here!

Well, I don't know about others, but I never watch the Tony Awards JUST to see Bernadette Peters. I enjoy all aspects of Broadway. This year I am most looking foward to:
>Hugh Jackman's hosting and performace...and acceptance speech 
>Kristin Chenoweth and Idina Menzel singing.
>The cast of Avenue Q. I can't wait to see which song they chose.
I'm actually more excited for this year's Tonys than I was for last year's.

I'll definately be watching! I actually was thinking of heading down to Radio City to check out the red carpet but then I came to my senses and realized I should just stay uptown and watch it on TV! Plus, I saw Bernadette one too many times last weekend so I don't want to bother her AGAIN! 
However, my three roommates are going to be there because they have a friend who is nominated so I'll be watching them solo tonight........actaully I'm so bored right now because they're already gone!!!!
Hope everyone enjoys the show!

I wouldn't miss it for the world! For the first time, I was able to see all the nominees for best musical, best revival, best actor, best actress, featured actress and most of featured actor.
woohoo go me and my crazy obsessive theatre going.

I know  I'll be watching them at home too. I was supposed to go to a Tonys-watching party at a friend's house tonight, but I woke up sick this morning. So it will be me in pajamas with a warm blanket, sitting on my couch instead. lol That's okay though...as long as I get to see them I'm happy.

Anyone having luck pulling up live video on the tony site? will it just pop on or do i need to click on some particular icon? unfirtunately, i'm not near NYC so i don't have the pre-show programs.
