According to broadway.com, the new Electra is:
"Gayton Scott will soon be electrifying audiences at the Shubert Theater. The actress is taking over for Julie Halston as Miss Cratchitt and "You Gotta Have A Gimmick" stripper Electra in Gypsy. She will begin performances on January 26, according to a production spokesperson."

Julie Halston will be a part of Comedy Cares which BC/EFA will be presenting on February 2, 2004.
