My highschool musical this year is Crazy for You. Anyone offhand know anything about this show?

Great show-how faithful will it be to the Susan Stroman choreography? I normally dislike shows with imported tunes,but this is one of the better ones. The "I Got Rhythm" 1st act finale is fantastic. It's a fun show. Received great reviews when it opened on Broadway. Good luck!

I already told Megan this, but my HS did a production of Crazy For You, and it was really good. I love Gershwin songs, and the overall story was cute. It's nice for a HS show....I never saw it on or off Broadway.

Susan Stroman did the choreograhpy? I'm happy about that  because usually our choreography is very strict about making it exactly like the Broadway versions.

Crazy for You was on public tv a few years ago. I no longer have a tape of it, but here's a PBS web site.

You'll be working hard-that "I Got Rhythm" is 13 minutes long,give or take.
Have you auditioned yet,or are you behind the scenes?

I can't really sing but I always audition anyway just to be in the ensemble. I usually help out with some back stage stuff as well.

This is a show that relies on the ensemble-you'll have a great time. It's a real audience-pleaser. I want to see a report! ;-)
