It's tommorow
You either love her, or hate or. Speak up children. LaCageAuxBoy just adores her! Hehe (waiting for some retaliation, he's probably still asleep now)
I'm so excited, I'll be meeting PA Fan and Sister Rose for some quality Bernadette viewing time before!

Bernadette:"I have a drapery problem, but I won't bother you with it."
Regis: "What's the problem?"
Bernadette: "There's too much light coming in."
Regis: "It's a problem with the drape itself."
Bernadette: "I don't have any drapes...and that's the problem!"

Kristin sounded divine. Her usual shtick got a little annoying, at one point she took out a polaroid camera and took photos of the audience, and then said "and now for a photo of the most important person here!" and turns the camera around to capture herself.
"Glitter and Be Gay" was spectacular, and a lot of murmering was heard in the audience before the show since it wasn't listed on the song list in the program. But she pulled it out at the end. Also sang a nice song to her father.
Rosie O'Donnel was in the 4th or 5th row, dressed in a t shirt and what looked like jeans from where I was sitting (can you believe that?! at Carnegie Hall!) and holding a camera. People around me were saying she had a camcorder in her hands, and that she has done this before at other shows. CRAZY WOMAN! I think she was the one snapping pictures throughout the evening which got annoying fast.
I really liked Lippa's number that opened the second act, Kristin said it was a part of his new Betty Boop musical.
Also spotted in the audience were Joel Grey, Alec Baldwin, I'm pretty sure I saw Euan Morton with a yankees baseball hat on sitting near Rosie, Stephen Oremus, and Marian Seldes.

Registered: 5/3/2002 | posted: 9/11/2004 at 10:26:08 PM ET Thanks, Chip. As far as the polaroid thing, the woman is a major talent, but a major ego too, huh? That's okay, sometimes that's what it takes. Seeing her live is one of my current goals.
