Hi, My highschool is doing annie get your gun, I think i can do a southern accent pretty well, should i just pick a good monologue and add an accent or does anyone know of any good mono.s i can use that requires an accent?

Either way works, honestly.... Whichever way you're more comfortable with.

I have a friend who's done the same monologue (in the same show) with both spanish and southern accents.

try beth henley's stuff --she writes a lot for southern women specifically younger women
also neil simon has some more humorous southern girl speeches
