| posted: 4/7/2005 at 2:41:50 PM ET I plan on getting it today, hopefully, and will respond as soon as I listen to it. I like Kristin but do not care at all for Christian or inspirational music, so I'll let you know what I think.

From: NYC | posted: 4/7/2005 at 2:46:20 PM ET Every song is a hymn or Christian genre - you can listen to fairly long samples on her website. If you don't care for Christian music then I think you would be spending way too much money on this album.

From: Fla | posted: 4/7/2005 at 10:22:03 PM ET Hi all-- it's been awhile since I've posted! (I think I pre-date most of the current posters).
But...
I just downloaded Kristin's CD from iTunes today. I am a big Kristin fan, but also am about as NOT into gospel music as possible. I really like the CD, and in addition to Taylor the Latte Boy (which, if you don't have it downloaded from another source, is a GREAT GREAT song), she sings a song called Borrowed Angels that Diane Warren wrote specifically for Kristin (if I'm not mistaken). I'd say the CD is worth the $9.99 on iTunes just for those two songs. But if you like her voice, the other songs are bearable, even pretty.

A Night Out With Kristin Chenoweth
She says she's nondenominational, nonjudgmental, and liberal. That's a relief to hear. I've kind of been hoping she'd say something like that.

She sang a song from the CD this morning on the Today Show, sounded nice, sort of country.
