Did anyone else notice that the title of ever eposied is a Sondheim song. The last three shows have been There Won't be Trumpets, Your Fault and The Ladies Who Lunch.

This was in the news a few weeks ago. Apparently Marc Cherry who is creator of Desperate Housewives is a big fan. At the Children & Art Concert for Sondheim, there was a film from the set of DH w/ the entire cast telling what their favorite Sondheim song is - even the children - it was funny but obvious that these people had probably never even heard a Sondheim song before.

They mentioned that at "Wall-to-Wall" a couple of weeks ago. Haven't really watched the show but love the tribute! Makes me oh so happy!

Now all we need is for Bernadette to make a guest starring appearance to top it all off. Just for fun what kind of neighbor do you think she would make on Wisteria Lane?

DH is my favorite show. lol I already pre-ordered Season 1 on DVD.
As much as I love Bernadette, I don't want to see her on this show....ooo unless she played a relative of Bree! THAT would be interesting. Bree is this Republican tight-ass (excuse the expression) who is not at all happy with her son being Gay. Bernadette could come on as her completely opposite sister! But only for an episode or 2. She can't stay too long, otherwise it would be like Mrs. Huber's sister coming for so long; although She is there as a permanent character since Mrs. Huber was murdered. Ahhh yay Harriet Harris.
lol Sorry, I went rambeling.

Bernadette would be good as Bree's sister. They both have that fabulous red hair and light complexion...even if Marcia Cross IS like a an entire foot taller.

i like the idea of Bernadette on Desperate Housewives. I agree with you, Christine-NYC, that it would be lovely if Bernadette played 'Bree's sister! I love Marcia Cross, too! All of the women are soooo very talented! I love this show!!!!

It's funny that you said Bree's sister I was thinking that last night after I watched the show. You're right though only for a show or two like Ally McBeal.
