Normally I'm not adverse to hearing about new ways for people to start a business and make money, but I think this is an appallingly cruel idea. It originated in New York and LA and has now been brought over here to London.

About 300 bucks to rent a dog, eh?
One can walk dogs for free at your local animal shelter.

Here they are charging nearly £300 which works out at nearly 600 bucks. If these twits can afford that much money why don't they just donate it to their nearest animal shelter and , as you say, walk a sheltered dog for free.
